1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
We provide the following relocation and logistics services:
- Home Shifting (local and intercity)
- Office & Commercial Shifting
- Car & Bike Transport
- Packing & Unpacking Services
- Warehousing & Storage Solutions
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after our team provides written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Advance payment or token amount may be required to confirm the booking.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the information shared by the customer.
- Final charges may vary based on actual volume, distance, and additional services required.
- Prices are inclusive of basic packing materials unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may attract additional charges.
- We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information about the items to be moved, including fragile or high-value items.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for packing on the agreed date and time.
- Prohibited items (flammables, explosives, illegal goods) must not be included in the shipment.
- Customers must be present or have an authorized representative during pickup and delivery.
6. Insurance & Liability
We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However:
- Basic transit insurance is included in all moves. Comprehensive insurance is available at an additional cost.
- Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- We are not liable for damage to items that were not packed by our team, pre-existing damage, or damage due to force majeure events (floods, earthquakes, etc.).
- Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the goods or the service charge, whichever is lower, unless comprehensive insurance is purchased.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled move: Full refund of advance payment.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% of advance payment will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund of advance payment.
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
8. Delays
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
9. Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following items:
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials
- Illegal or contraband goods
- Perishable food items
- Live animals or plants
- Currency, jewelry, or documents of high monetary value (unless declared and insured)
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Packers & Movers Patna. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
